Kei's UMAI
An all-purpose sauce/dressing that tastes like rich soy sauce. It can be used as a sauce for yakiniku or grilled meat. By marinating and rubbing this sauce into the meat, you can make the meat more fragrant (Maillard reaction). For Yakiniku, just dip the meat into the sauce and eat the meat. It can also be used as a seasoning for stir-fried dishes. It is offered in two forms of packaging. The Bag-in-box (10litres) packaging for wholesale and in Bottles (500ml) for retail.
