The CS150/300-2 MODEL Vibration Grader is our new vibration grader which is company-developed independently, it is mainly used to size the different sizes of seeds, kernels, nuts, beans, etc. There are two layers of the screen for processing by reciprocating movement of eccentric swing, to achieve cleaning and grading automatically for different types of screen through elastic ball. Materials are processed along a sieving deck which has multi-layers, and then are graded to different levels by size, while oversized and undersized impurities get removed. Customized sieves of mesh and building materials make the vibration grader has a wide range of applications and high grading efficiency. The product is installed behind the color sorting machine for final quality control, or in front of the seeds shelling machine for pre-cleaning.
