Our range of Quiches are produced as a handmade product from scratch using free range Australian egg.These can be purchased as whole 10" Quiches, sliced or packed individually into RTE hot hand held packaging. Several products were selected and used by Qantas for in flight service since 2017 as a breakfast Hot Hand Held item.Most recently manufacturing more than 1,000,000 slices of Mushroom Quiche delivered to all ports Australia wide during 2023.Product is Halal Certified, with many vegetarian options available, including wholesome Vegetarian alternatives such as Spinach and Ricotta.Product is hand made using at least 80% Australian ingredient. Product is Frozen with 12 month shelf life, defrost reheat and serve. SQF & HACCP compliant.
