Kagoshima Tea Farmily’s Consortium is a major supplier of Kagoshima organic green tea made by young tea farmers and a leading tea manufacturer. By directly connecting domestic and overseas buyers with young producers engaged in advanced initiatives such as organic farming, we can distribute higher-quality tea worldwide at a reasonable price without intermediate margins. By doing so, we aim to revitalize the whole tea industry, suffering from a shortage of successors and falling market prices, pass on tea-making techniques and tea gardens to the next generation, and finally lead to conserving Kagoshima’s rich natural environment.
