From the outset, our aim has been to offer you an alcohol-free journey to the roots of wine culture, a discovery of the very essence of wine: the grape variety. Sharing the conviviality of the art of living in the world of wine, while respecting traditional French know-how, for the enjoyment of all. We use grape varieties traditionally reserved for the production of great wines, to make non-alcoholic cuvées with the greatest aromatic complexity. At Maison Goubet we pay particular attention to the meticulous selection of plots, old vines and grapes, right through to harvesting. The production process is absolutely sulphite-free and the pasteurisation process ensures that the quality of the raw materials is respected.
