Our journey began in 1952 with a humble pide bakery, and by 1994, we expanded into flour production with the establishment of Özmermer Flour Factory. In 2013, we further enhanced our operations with a state-of-the-art flour mill spanning 50,000 square meters in Gaziantep's 4th Organized Industrial Zone. The facility is equipped with 55 concrete and 11 steel silos, providing a remarkable wheat storage capacity of 56,000 tons and processing 650 tons daily. Our fully automated technology ensures superior flour quality, precisely meeting the diverse needs of our customers.
