Golden Saba Banana products are made of natural, matured and quality native Philippine Saba Bananas using the state-of-the-art “individually quick-frozen” or (IQF) technology, keeping Golden Saba Bananas in their natural shape, color, smell and taste even after defrosting while prolonging the freezer shelf life (when stored at -18 to -20 degrees Celsius) to 24 months.
Product Ranges are Ready-to-Eat (RTE) or Microwavable for the Whole and Sliced Saba Bananas both in natural and sweetened formats.
Ready-to-fry or cook ranges include the Banana Spring Rolls or Turon with Jackfruit filling and Turon Ube-Jackfruit , the Mini Spring Roll versions called Turonitos in Pineapple, Purple Yam or Ube and Durian fillings/flavors and COBANA of Nilupak.
