Selektia Tartufi was born in Tuscany in 2008, in Castelfiorentino a medieval village located at the crossroads of the two iconic roads Francigena and Volterranea. Our company sells and produces a wide range of truffles and mushrooms products through the most innovative technologies in accordance with our wonderful territory and Tuscan typical cuisine.
