SOTUDEX is a fully export-oriented company specializing in Tunisian dates, including Deglet Nour varieties (Branched, Standard, and Processed), as well as other types such as Allig, Khouat Allig, and Kenta. These products are exported under our renowned brands: "Salammbô," "La Perle du Sahara," and "La Reine du Dessert."
Our modernized factory is located in the Borj El Amri Industrial Zone in Mornaguia and is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for sorting, processing, and packaging. We operate year-round under stringent quality standards, certified by HACCP, BRC (Issue 9), and IFS (Version 8). We produce over 3,000 tons of dates annually, which are exported to various countries around the world.
