We are FAGE (pronounced FA-YEH)! Since 1926, we have been producing Greek Strained Yoghurts to the same family recipe. Our signature product, FAGE Total, is a natural plain yoghurt which every kilo requires 4 liters of milk, this combined with our unique blend of live active cultures. The yoghurt is then strained to remove watery whey, therefore creating our incredibly creamy texture. Our straining method also allows it to offer a naturally higher protein content compared to unstrained yoghurts. Our yoghurt is just inimitable.
