Our company, Tadokoro Shoten, operates Miso Ramen restaurants in Japan and overseas. We currently operate 170 stores in Japan and 11 stores overseas in New York, Chicago, Canada, Italy, and Brazil. We will continue to expand the restaurant business domestically and internationally.Tadokoro Shoten is a miso ramen specialty restaurant.We promote the rich flavor of miso that used carefully selected ingredients from Japan to all over the world.We are committed to delivering traditional miso, which has been used in many parts of Japan for centuries.
We are also in the business of exporting Miso and other great Japanese foods in addition to Miso Ramen. We are especially focused on exporting sweet potatoes and sweet chestnuts from our group companies.
