Sardines in Olive Oil
We work with the “Sardina pilchardus” species, considered the best and most prized for its quality. We catch them in the Mediterranean Sea using inshore fishing fleets, ensuring responsible resource use. We select the smallest sardines for a more delicate bite. They are manually cleaned, one by one, and undergo a toasting process that sets them apart, giving them exceptional texture.
