This soft paste cheese from Galicia, the North of Spain, is made with cow´s mixed coagulated milk. Traditional shape, elastic creamy texture and a milk, lactic full fat flavour. It is aged for a minimum of 8 days . This is a cheese for daily and continuous consumption, at all times, with good culinay uses.
