Editrice ZEUS founded in 1981, began its editorial journey with the publication of Rassegna Alimentare, a bi-monthly magazine in Italian that quickly gained market success thanks to its ability to innovate both in content and form.

This early success paved the way for new international challenges: in 1988, It. Magazine Food Processing was launched, a multilingual technical magazine (English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Thai, Hindi, Farsi), followed the next year by IT. Food Machines, distributed in English and Russian.

From the beginning, Editrice ZEUS recognized the importance of globalization, bringing its publications to key countries such as Russia and China, and establishing itself as an international reference point in the field of food industry technologies.

In 2001, once again anticipating market trends, Editrice ZEUS launched itfoodonline.com, the first portal in the sector, now available in ten languages, including Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, and Arabic.
