Ananya Narayan is the Chief Executive Officer of Hunter Foods, a global trend leader in FMCG snacks manufacturing, packaging and distribution. Joining the 40-year-old family business in 2014, Ananya has spent the last decade revolutionizing the company’s business model, successfully positioning Hunter Foods as one of Asia’s leading Gourmet and “Better for You” snack manufacturers. Under Ananya’s visionary leadership, Hunter Foods has expanded its geographical presence 10X being active in more than +50 countries securing segment dominance. Prior to this, Ananya spent 18 years in the Hospitality sector where he held senior executive roles with Preferred Hotels & Resorts and the Hyatt Hotels Corporation overseeing Strategic Planning, Owner Relations, Portfolio Expansion and Sales & Marketing in the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa markets. With a wealth of experience in integrating strategy and innovation to deliver disruptive business transformations, Ananya is also an industry keynote speaker, panellist and business advisor. Additionally, Ananya is an Endeavor program mentor and serves on the Board of the UAE Food and Beverage Manufacturers Group. Ananya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies & Economics and a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications both from Northwestern University, USA.
