In this role, he increased revenue by 50% and introduced high-profitability products, setting a strong foundation for his future contributions. His tenure as Country Manager in Nigeria further showcased his ability to establish and manage international operations despite challenging circumstances.

From 2013 to 2016, Gautam led the company's African expansion, opening operations in six new countries and maintaining a fraud-free record, thereby boosting top-line and bottom-line growth. As Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development, he spearheaded the Gulf market expansion, optimised logistics, and accounts, and set up new offices in Oman and Mumbai, enhancing overall efficiency.

Appointed Managing Director in 2020, Gautam has managed a team of approximately 500 people, driving a 25% increase in company revenue and doubling profitability. His strategic initiatives include expanding into new markets like Conakry, Benin, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, South Africa, and Riyadh, and implementing data-driven decisions to reduce costs and increase productivity.
