Hassan Safi is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Al Ain Farms Group, the UAE’s leading provider of protein and beverages. Under his leadership, the group has transformed from a single-brand entity into a diversified organization managing market-leading dairy and poultry brands. As Group CEO, Hassan drives strategic growth and operational excellence across the group’s entities. His leadership has resulted in record-breaking financial performance, with 2024 revenues reaching AED 1.56 billion and driving double digit EBITDA growth, while achieving a dominant 31% market share. He has championed backward integration projects such as PET and preform production, enhancing efficiency and reducing external dependencies. Previously, as CEO of Al Ain Farms, Hassan led the company to become the UAE’s market leader in both dairy and poultry. His earlier role as CFO was marked by a successful three-year turnaround plan, delivering AED 40 million in profit improvements and building a solid foundation for growth. Hassan brings over 29 years of expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership, with credentials including CPA (USA) certification and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UAE University. His career spans notable organizations such as ACPN, Yahsat, and KPMG. With a proven track record of transformation and innovation, Hassan continues to steer Al Ain Farms Group toward sustainable growth and industry leadership.
