Isaac has mastered the methods that distinguish these famous baked goods, which include the rich flavors of German pastries, the strong loaves of British bread, and the flaky, buttery layers of a traditional French croissant. Since 1995, he has been working alongside with The Master Master Khaleel, further refining his craft and contributing to the evolution of artisanal baking in the region. His commitment to using only the best ingredients and exacting techniques has established him as one of the region's top bakers.
