Dr Lucy Wallace is a leader and strategist focussed on food systems challenges. She is the Director of Global Relationships at EIT Food, the world's largest food innovation community, and leads the secretariat working on behalf of the Action on Food hub at the UNFCCC COP. Lucy is also co-founder of Regen House, a pop-up space for evolutionary conversations about regenerative food systems. A former Chief of Staff, and with 20 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and strategic communications, she uses a regenerative mindset to promote inclusive meaningful dialogue and drive action in order to provide solutions to global challenges.
