Chairman and CEO of Hibissap, he is the first manufacturer to launch a range of iced tea based on Kinkéliba in France in 2022, a plant native to Senegal. This innovation allowed it to win the Normandy agri-food trophy in the best export product category in 2022. With his agribusiness firm FoodSen in Senegal, he trains thousands of young people and women in food technology, African flavor formulation, and more.
