Nicholas Poulmentis is a celebrated culinary artist and executive chef based in New York City, renowned for his innovative interpretations of Greek cuisine. Born in the bustling metropolis of New York, Nicholas spent his formative years on the serene Greek island of Kythira, where he developed a profound respect for nature’s bounty and a love for traditional Greek flavors. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in France and gaining experience in Switzerland, Nicholas returned to Greece to manage his family’s restaurant, blending his classical training with the rich traditions of his heritage. Following Greece’s economic downturn, he relocated to New York with his family to embark on a new chapter.
