Chef Olivia Okeke is a renowned pastry chef, cake designer, and entrepreneur, celebrated for her clean, elegant cake designs, delectable pastries, and exceptional coffee creations. She is the owner and chef at Livvy’s Twist Cake Co. and Milk and Honey Café in Lagos, where she blends culture and simplicity to create unforgettable culinary experiences. Her journey into the world of pastry began after earning a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Lagos. She later pursued her passion by enrolling at Le Cordon Bleu Los Angeles in 2012, where she honed her skills in baking and pastry arts. During her studies, she interned at the acclaimed Providence Restaurant LA and worked with Wolfgang Puck Catering under the Culinary Staffing Company. After graduating, she secured a position as a pastry cook at Providence LA, then became part of the opening team at Connie and Ted’s in West Hollywood. Her commitment to excellence led her to stage at Heirloom Catering Company, Wally’s Beverly Hills, and Nine-Ten La Jolla, further refining her craft. Today, Chef Olivia is regarded as one of the best wedding cake designers in Nigeria. She has been featured in international cake and wedding magazines, served as a guest judge at prestigious cake shows, and led workshops both locally and abroad. Her brands, Livvy’s Twist Cake Co. and Milk and Honey Café, are a reflection of her deep appreciation for culture, simplicity, and soul-satisfying flavors.
