Hailing from Spain, she has honed her skills at renowned establishments including Lima London, ROKA London, Abantal Restaurante in Sevilla, Spain (1 Michelin star), and Lillas Pastia in Huesca, Spain (1 Michelin star). Her culinary philosophy centers on a deep respect for ingredients and a commitment to showcasing their natural flavours. At BOCA, Chef Patricia aims to redefine the dining experience by infusing the menu with bold, Andalusian and Mediterranean flavours. Drawing inspiration from her diverse career and the culinary traditions of Spain, she creates dishes that are both innovative and authentic. Within less than two years, Chef Patricia has propelled BOCA to the prestigious 12th spot and special award to “Sustainable Restaurant” on the MENA 50 “Best Restaurants of the world”. Additionally, she has secured a Michelin Green Star for the second year running, solidifying the restaurant's commitment to sustainability. Beyond her culinary prowess, Chef Patricia is a dedicated conservationist. She will continue BOCA's legacy of sustainable practices, sourcing local ingredients, minimizing food waste, and championing lesser-known produce. Under her leadership, BOCA will remain at the forefront of responsible dining.
