Rajnish Ohri is a seasoned entrepreneur and accomplished business operator in the CPG industry across various geographies and cultures. With his wealth of knowledge and expertise, Rajnish has established himself as a dynamic leader in the industry, committed to driving growth and achieving success through innovation and strategic thinking. An astute professional with over three decades of management experience, Rajnish's core competency lies in building businesses. Currently, he heads one of the largest “Better for You “and Processed Sugar Alternate companies in the world with brands like Canderel, Equal, Pure-Via, Swerve, and Wholesome. His last assignment was with Hain Celestial as Managing Director for IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa) region, in which he played a pivotal role in developing Hain brands in the region which includes strategic Joint Ventures in the region, establishing factories/co-packing arrangements, expansion in new markets, spearheading brand and marketing vision, initiating multiple CSR projects among many things. Prior to coming into the food business, Rajnish had worked in the consumer durables industry and was instrumental in building some very popular brands in India. He continues to follow his passion for sports and fitness and is an active runner which he believes acts as a great stress reliever. As a part of his social responsibility, he supports a Cancer Treatment Centre for underprivileged Women and is on the board of a school run in the slum areas of Gurgaon (India).
