He has over 30 years’ experience in the Food Industry, including over a decade in senior management, having been General Manager of two food companies. He now operates his own company, Future of Food Consulting, providing global speaking and consulting services. Tony has spoken on four continents and appears regularly in print, podcasts and radio globally as an expert on the Future of Food. He has presented to industries throughout the food chain from animal feeds in Vienna, to food in Dubai, confectionary in Melbourne and the restaurant industry in Auckland.
