Philosophy:
“The art of cooking reflects beauty, culture, and emotion. My cuisine bridges the past and future, blending ancestral techniques with modern innovation.”
A 5th-generation chef from Russia, Mukhin's journey began at age 12 in his father's kitchen. His global training spans iconic kitchens like El Celler de Can Roca (Spain) and Le Baronne (France). Now at Krasota Dubai, he pioneers a multisensory gastro-theater experience, merging haute cuisine with visual art.
Mukhin is celebrated for resurrecting Russian traditions, bringing color and vibrancy back to its cuisine while evolving with cutting-edge techniques. His philosophy? Cooking is controlled chaos—a constant evolution rooted in culture, creativity, and beauty.
