Gulfood 2025 is happening from 17 - 21 February 2025 at The Dubai World Trade Centre

Please note that Gulfood is a paid event.
Online registration is mandatory. Visitors are expected to attend the event using the Print-at-home badge, which will be sent via email upon registration confirmation.
We encourage you to arrive at the venue earlier than usual, to allow more time for enhanced safety checks.
- Visitors can use the Exhibition Street Parking with direct access to the venue
- Taxi, Uber and Careem drop-off points are available at both Exhibition Gate and Convention Gate. The World Trade Centre Metro Station is only a 5 minute walk from the venue

Access to the event is given by presenting your printed badge and a valid id.
You are required to print your Print@Home badge in colour on an A4 sheet and bring it with you, which MUST be presented to access the venue.
Ensure you do bring along your passport (for international visitors) or the Valid Emirates ID (For local UAE residents) with you during the show.
Note: Print@Home badges are only issued a week prior to the show, and NOT directly after you have completed registration, and payment. Therefore, please check your registered email id for the same.
No badge will be received prior to this time.
*ATM machines & Banks*
Emirates NBD has a branch in Concourse 1 and Concourse 2 at DWTC, and ATMs are available in Concourse 1, Concourse 2 and near the Convention Tower.
*Money Exchange*
Al Rostamani money exchange is located in Concourse 2 and offers reasonable rates on your currency conversions, open from 8:00 am -5:00 pm.
*Pharmacy*
Life Pharmacy is on Concourse 1 and Concourse 2, offering a wide variety of medicines.
*Post Office*
Emirates Post is on Concourse 2 and offers all postal services, money transfers, and many other services.

There is one type of pass only, which will be valid for all five days of the show, and give you access to the full event, including the conference, features and live activations. You can re-use the visitor pass to re-enter the event on all days of the show. Tickets can be purchased on official Gulfood registration page only.
If you buy early, you can avail heavily discounted early bird rates so you don’t pay full price.
IF YOU ARE A VISITOR
This is a B2B event, enabling visitors and exhibitors to negotiate the best deals on the show floor. No items are physically purchased at the show. This is strictly a trade exhibition.
Once you have completed your online registration, you will receive your URN number, confirming you have been registered. However, the actual badge will only be emailed to you a week before the show. Please note that this is a Print@Home badge, which means that you are required to print this badge and carry it along with you to the venue, BEFORE you make your way to the show. This Print@Home badge is mandatory to access the event.
Gulfood offers unlimited opportunities to network through the days of the 5 show and even prior to the start of the event.
Once you have registered, you will have access to the Gulfood Connexions App, through which you can access the Meetings Programme. Browse exhibitor and product information, and book meetings with those best suited for your business needs.
Pre-scheduling meetings allows you to make the most of your time during your visit to the show and filter down your search through thousands of exhibitors which will be at the show this year.
When using the meetings programme/mobile app to pre-schedule meetings, you will be able to choose from two locations to hold your meetings:
- Exhibitor Stands (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as it is the best place to trial exhibitor products and indulge in live demos), and/or
- At the Gulfood Connexions Meeting Room (Location TBC)
